It sits in the sweet spot of the 9mm spectrum—heavy enough to carry solid momentum and energy, yet light enough to maintain manageable recoil and a flatter trajectory than heavier 147 grain loads. This combination makes it easier to shoot accurately at speed, recover the sights quickly between shots, and stay on target during rapid strings of fire.

Whether you’re training, competing, or stocking reliable range ammo, the 124 grain weight delivers consistent feeding, predictable point of impact, and the kind of all-around performance that has made it a modern 9mm standard.

Loaded in the U.S.A. with quality components for dependable function in a wide range of 9mm platforms.

Compare loads

This 124-grain load uses a full metal jacket (FMJ) round-nose projectile, with a listed approximate velocity of 1,050 fps. The same 124 grain projectile was run in both compact slides and a longer carbine barrel so the ammunition could be checked for reliable ignition, case extraction, and point-of-impact consistency from short-barrel concealed-carry guns through a 9mm carbine.
